at some point in my life i just made a decision to walk my path…it is not necessarily unusual, but it's mine, with my choices. by learning to be true to the self that i am learning about, and focussed on becoming a better person so i can give that goodness, that energy to the good of the world. learning not to fear the light and divine potential within. learning acceptance, and forgiveness.

though i'm the assistant creative director & writer for a catalog, i also teach yoga, and own 3 studios. and this is my real creative outlet…there is freedom in serving others, and i enjoy finding new ways to liberate their spirits and their bodies for a few minutes each day.

looking back over that…it seems silly to define myself this way.
